Welding Van with Bespoke Gas Cage – Van Conversion

We were approached to design a Welding Van including Gas Cage, using a Transit L3 H2 for the van conversion. The Client specification was for

After obtaining a list of requirments and electrical equipment that was being proposed for the vehicle and its suggested time usage we then set about designing an specific electrical system that could more than cope with the consumption requirements.

The racking and shelving was designed and manufactured to suit perfectly the shape and sizes of the tools to be deployed in the welding van vehicle on a day to day basis allowing everything to be at ease of hand when required.

The LED (daylight) strip lighting directly above the working areas allowed for more than enough light for the interior tasks to be undertaken with no problems and minimal shadowing.

The bespoke gas cage was designed to maximise the space perfectly and is inline with regulations.
